1. SERVICE AGREEMENT

By engaging GPGraphicx Digital for web development or design services, you agree to the terms outlined here. We provide professional digital solutions based on agreed-upon project specifications, timelines, and budgets.

2. PROJECT TIMELINES

We strive to meet all agreed-upon deadlines. However, timelines are dependent on timely client feedback and the provision of necessary assets (content, images, branding). Delays in providing these materials may impact project completion dates.

3. PAYMENT TERMS

A deposit is typically required to initiate any project. Final payment is due upon project completion and prior to full deployment or transfer of site ownership. All fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.

4. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Upon full payment, ownership of the final website design and code is transferred to the client. GPGraphicx Digital retains the right to showcase the completed project in our portfolio and marketing materials.

5. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

GPGraphicx Digital is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the developed products. We ensure high standards of security and performance but cannot guarantee against external service outages or platform changes.
